ShipHero does what they say they will do.
ShipHero has been able to do what they said they were going to do, which is rare to find these days. My advice is to take the time to set up your shipping preferences and services right at the beginning and over communicate what you want. No one is a mind reader so you need to communicate clearly and ensure you are on the same page. From there, it is like having an extension of the in house team. Well done Ship Hero.
