Extremely Helpfull onboarding
We have just finished the onboarding process and it has exceeded our expectations. The communication has been fantastic - Aoife and Silvana have been very helpful with setting up our account, shipping plans and then smoothing out some of the finer details with us.Our first delivery into the factory had a small packaging error from our factory - im still unsure how the Shiphero warehouse team managed to pick it up, but they did, and quickly fixed it. Suitable solution for handling various items
PROS: Its use is very easy and doesn’t cause any problem. It is easy to integrate with different shopping cart solutions too. CONS: We have taken a significant time learning its UI and features. Making it easier to understand would be helpful for new users.

We needed to change our 3PL service quickly and settled on ShipHero because they offered an uncomplicated program that allowed us as a small business get up and running without hidden fees and extra onboarding costs. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional and the onboarding team was super helpful.

Businesses must try ShipHero today
PROS: ShipHero is very easy to learn and use for different processes in our business. Syncing it with Shopify is seamless, thus the two platforms work smoothly for us. The support service is also helping me in different ways, such as by assisting me in processing inventories. They’re making my life easier and more efficient on the job.
