Shipping solution that suits small companies
PROS: Coming up with package deals is easier with ShipHero. It also supports simple and easy creation of storage keeping unit, as well as convenient and accurate tracking of inventories. Management of different aspects has become efficient for our small 3PL business.

Amazing Help, I was in and Out
I reached out for some sync help to my woocommerce and Clara was there for the rescue. They spotted the error and lead me to the solution. I am glad to have met such a great helper. Thank you, Clara, hope I get to be helped by you next time I run into a roadblock. :-)

Spent alot of time looking for a trust…
Spent alot of time looking for a trust worthy 3PL and really happy i've found and gone with ShipHero. First time doing the whole amazon, shopify/etsy business and it was alot of time spent mulling over the 3PLs, many of them seem so poorly ran and risky with bad customer service. Shiphero has been exactly that, Hero's in my online business storing and shipping my inventory. Onboarding was well organized and the on going chat support is active and professional. Their customer service team is amazing
Their customer service team is amazing. The easy to manage dashboard allows you to respond fats to customer requets and chanegs in your bsuienss. Best support i have seen in the industry. Belle and the team is always there to accomodate and help you grow your business. if you are not a customer yet. join , you would be very pleased.

Onboarding and integration went…
Onboarding and integration went smoothly, excellent and fast response to help you out in any situation. They have the best deal in 3PL so far and ultimately, you can never go wrong with ShipHero.

UPDATED 16 Dec 21: Invalid Tracking Numbers that negatively impacted my Amazon account, Late Shipments, and Overcharges. Great customer support is worthless without a system that actually works
UPDATE 16 Dec 2021 I first rated ShipHero 5-star due to their outstanding customer support. But after 3-4 months of using them unfortunately I have to update this review. Their system is incredibly buggy. They ship with DHL Ecommerce which is a very incompetent carrier that not only ships incredibly slow but also generates invalid tracking numbers. Then ShipHero updated these invalid tracking numbers to my Amazon account and I got slapped a few times by Amazon with notifications of high ...
