ShipHero has excellent support staff that respond quickly and effectively. Their chat team and warehouse reps are pleasant to deal with, and have helped me solve many shipping and Shopify issues that are unrelated to their company. I would definitely recommend using ShipHero!

A reasonable option for TPL
PROS: ShipHero has a convenient to use website UI. It helps me quickly generate purchase orders, as well as downloading data in handy file formats. All data in ShipHero are updated in real-time too. CONS: ShipHero has no big drawback. However, I think that the purchase order interface has too much gap between each product field.

The Shiphero we need and the Shiphero we deserve
I have worked with various WMS products for most of my career, many of which are overly engineered junk with a user experience reminiscent of the Commodore 64. Those days have finally ended. Shiphero has no business being as good as it is; the technology is flexible and the learning curve is extremely short for users. We have been able to rapidly deploy the system in a unique use case at our physical retail locations to great success - thank you Shiphero team.
