The best 3PL experience we've ever had
We've been with ShipHero Fulfillment for over a month and it has been amazing. Onboarding was seamless, everyone we worked with was helpful and knowledgeable. The software is great and offers a lot of transparency. It's also super intuitive, our team has really enjoyed it over other options we've used in the past. Our orders are shipping much faster than we anticipated. We're so happy to finally have an awesome 3PL partner!

Fantastic Customer Support

Nothing but good experiences with Shiphero fulfilment. Interface is straight forward and staff is is knowledgeable. Bel is especially helpful. They make our Shopify fulfillment a breeze.

ShipHero is the answer to fulfillment, hands down!
If you're looking for a fulfillment provider for your store, I'd look no further and start using ShipHero. We almost went with another provider, but at the last minute we found BBB reviews for that provider to be ... frightening to say the least. Scrambling we checked a bunch of other providers and all had large intake costs and variable pricing on shipping rates based on zones. ShipHero is amazing on both of those accounts. My experience with ShipHero has been exceptional. Integration is seamless support from Silvana was the best I've ever experienced. She made it very easy for me to get going. Shipping is also super fast. Highly recommended!
