What do you like best about ShipHero? The onboarding point of contact is extremely helpful with answering questions, and the process is communicated with clear expectations. Any questions that needed more expertise were researched and relayed quickly, which made it very easy to work through concerns.

What do you like best about ShipHero? Has almost all the options that a 3PL company would need; great for e-commerce sellers and 3pl companies. Automations are good, shipping mapping is effective.

Efficiently meets our demands for a 3PL tool
PROS: ShipHero is a powerful 3PL platform. It is efficient in meeting all our demands for a 3PL tool in the business. CONS: I have noticed that their support team takes a long time when responding to my calls. It is longer than usual.
