Customer Support is Excellent but Late Shipment Every Monday
[Updated] I have to downgrade my rating from 2 to 1 star now because I am still experiencing 3 days of late shipment within a week, and this is with me actively working with a manager who promised that they have taken the right steps to fix the problem. FYI the fulfillment window that I set for my sales channels is 2 business days, and ShipHero still misses this deadline. I think I am reasonable that I am NOT expecting a same-day delivery TAT. ShipHero is fantastic
I am using ShipHero to process and send out copies of my book and they have been fantastic to work with. They are professional, courteous and nice. I've been working with Mari and she has been the best. I highly recommend ShipHero.

What do you like best about ShipHero? It's a fully paperless warehouse system that enables us to be efficient and environmentally friendly. But the best part is we can have new staff up and working by themselves within 5 minutes

What do you like best about ShipHero? We use Shiphero across our 3 warehouses. Favorite thing must be that it's an all-in-one solution. We use it for POs, warehousing and fulfillement.
