An effective solution for marketing automation

What do you like best? This software has given my team the ability to generate some new avenues for effective B2B marketing through the use of drip campaigns - it has been especially useful for clients where the average lead time is much longer. What do you dislike? There are a ton of options and things you can do, and as a result, there is a learning curve to familiarize yourself. However, once you understand what the software is capable of, it's incredibly useful. What business ...

Super powerful and integrates well with other analytics tools

What do you like best? I don't know where to start. It's simple, intuitive and customizable. Can easily be integrated with other analytics tools that you use. Built in CRM. Good value for money What do you dislike? Sacrifices a little functionality to simplicity. Some added functionality with slightly better tracking mechanism would do wonders. Recommendations to others considering the product Great support team! What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Good idea + featureset, poor execution

What do you like best? Worked as a "lite" version of more robust software - drips, logic chains, etc. What do you dislike? Had major sendability issues. Sometimes they double sent emails, sometimes emails didn't go through. Major bug. Could be fixed now. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Comprehensive marketing automation

Great tool, with good pricing terms

What do you like best? Ease of use; Support Pricing A lot of features! What do you dislike? All the data is stored at a public cloud in the US. We prefer storing our business data in a Dutch or European datacenter. Because of security reasons. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are looking for a marketing automation tool like Marketi, Hubspot or Acton, then you have to take a look at Sharpspring. They have the same functionalities for 10% of the price ...

Great all-around marketing toolkit

What do you like best? Very easy to use with a suite of tools that facilitates marketing automation, campaign tracking and sales. Price point is such that it can be implemented for smaller businesses, giving them a level of marketing accountability that was previously very tedious to accomplish. The interface is easy to use and so far the system's functionality has allowed us to accomplish very robust campaign tracking and lead nurturing with minimal involvement from the tech team. What ...

SharpSpring - a solid choice for marketing automation

What do you like best? SharpSpring makes it easy to get started quickly. Add a bit of javascript to a site, replace or map in your existing forms, and you can immediately start tracking visitors. Then, with their email marketing templates you can construct fairly complex workflows and automation tasks very quickly. Sure, it may take time to build out all the elements you want or need - but to get started, you can be up and running in only a few hours or less. What do you dislike? ...

Great Agency Pricing Model & Internal/Client Use

What do you like best? Very simple, clean interface. Enjoy the list manager and email template features that makes it easy for those who are new to CRM software to use. Also, on the campaign side, our team finds it a breeze to find out high level information about ROI's and sources of leads as it syncs with Google Analytics. What do you dislike? Sometimes, the software can be a little wonky (notifications that pop up when you've already exited off to a different page/task, Analytics ...

Get what you pay for. Good product for the price.

What do you like best? Easy to use and train team on. Fast interface. What do you dislike? If you need to view more than 250 leads or contacts you have to export to excel edit what you want and import again. White label to them means we put your logo at the top of all pages in the app. Domain is not white label, login is not white label, nothing is white label. Adding your logo to the top of the page is not a white label app. Support is good as long as it is not API related. If issue ...

A very powerful tool for marketing agencies with an extremely competitive/attractive pricing model

What do you like best? Beyond the functionality being good to excellent, I really like that the people behind SharpSpring really care about having the best product on the market,. They are both responsive in providing excellent 1:1 support, as well as open to receiving real world input to improve product functionality. Several of my requests have made it onto their roadmap, which is something you often don't experience with the "big guys". Their use case and pricing model is designed for ...
