Powerful Marketing Automation Platform that Keeps Getting Better

What do you like best? It's a fairly intuitive interface, which is great. I didn't have any trouble figuring out how to use it. But when I do have problems, there is layer after layer after layer of help. Each layer gets progressively more detailed. On-screen help, then if that's not enough, extensive help videos. What do you like best? I have been in sales and content marketing since 1991 when I started a small consulting practice of my own. What do you like best? SharpSpring makes it really easy to track, manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle. The tool is very collaborative and is a great way to compare opportunities across different departments. What do you dislike? Sharpspring - Flexible and Easy in many ways

What do you like best? Sharpspring does not have a CMS - so it is designed to be used with other CMS's and therefore integrates easily with whatever your client already has - in our case this is mostly wordpress. So no dilema about where to host the client website - just carry on as normal. The user interface and setup we find more intuitive and straight forward than other platforms. I came for customization, and that's what I got

What do you like best? I absolutely love that I can customize just about anything I want. Custom fields, custom triggers, custom filters, etc. It really gives me the flexibility I need to fit SharpSpring into both the way we do business now and the plans I have for improvement and growth. What do you like best? Continuously working with partners to improve the experience for agencies and their clients. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use interface overall. The tasks & workflows are easy to understand. Visitor ID has been great at replacing additional sales staff. The email marketing platform has also replaced a different program we had used which also helps cut costs overall. A highly recommended tool for optimizing marketing

What do you like best? The easy to navigate contact list and direct Mail manager built in the software makes it compatible with my remote use. Moreover, the software's ability to sync personal data from a thrid party CRM and load it to the API in a safe and encrypted manner makes it a great product to use. What do you dislike?
