What do you like best? The interface is really clean and professional, this is also enhanced by the white-labelling feature. Frustration Every Time I Call Support

What do you like best? The concepts that I was sold on were great. CRM and automation tool with tons of features. Good price and resell model. What do you dislike? Support is the worst. When calling in I regularly get hung up on. When I do get through to a support specialist, they are rarely able to resolve my problems so I usually end the conversation frustrated and with no follow up.
