Good tool for businesses needing a comprehensive, but less complex, tool

What do you like best? - The ability to better manage scheduling emails and follow-ups - Cost-appropriate: we don't NEED a really comprehensive content management system, and therefore don't want to pay an astronomical amount for access to one. What do you like best? Once we signed up with SharpSpring you are given a 60 day onboarding process. This is where you are assigned to a onboard specialist and he essentially trains you. My onboard specialist was Deontae Lafayette who was fabulous, so knowledgeable and so patient with me. I really liked that I could have as much time with him as I needed. What do you like best? I find the software very intuitive and the customer service responsive. SharpSpring also provides robust support materials for selling and continued education on the product. What do you like best? The powerfully flexible lead scoring and workflow capabilities for managing new leads are fantastic. What do you like best? Sharpspring is extremely easy to use. I love how it can instantly integrate with your site and your existing forms and landing pages. You don't have to recreate your content. What do you like best? It's less expensive that Salesforce and Pardot. And it's easy to use. Customer service is fabulous. And the company is working hard to upgrade and improve their offering.
