Great Feature Set. All inclusive pricing that works for both end-users and agencies.
What do you like best? The core features are all there, all included in the base price. No surprises. What do you like best? - Ease of use (once you get used to it. - Pricepoint (fraction of some of the similar platforms out there - Continuous stream of added features that are being rolled out (i.e. landing pages & dynamic email have recently been added at no additional monthly cost - Flexibility with the software - Fairly rapid support What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to connect and find contacts, send mass emails, and produce workflows. What do you dislike? Reporting could be improved. There should be a larger menu of reports to choose from. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Easy to use! I have been working with Salesforce and this tool is really complicated in some ways. SharpSpring is a tool with great functionalities such as marketing automation dashboard and a clear performance marketing overview. Also a 'drag and drop' email builder with great functionalities. What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the product and the clean, uncluttered user interface. The marketing tools and website tracking has been amazing. What do you dislike? Packed full of bugs.
What do you like best? The premise of what Sharpspring can do is great but they fail to pull it off. The UX experience is frustrating and clunky as hell and there's some bits that you look at so confused all you can do is sit there and scratch your head. Price-wise it's good too, cheaper than most but with people like Campaign Monitor getting in on the Automation act What do you dislike?
