Great Potential
What do you like best? SharpSpring combines all of the fundamentals of a great marketing automation, CRM, and ESP into one platform. I love the simplicity of building list segments, easily creating automated workflows, and the life of the lead functionality within the contact manager. Friendly staff, great support, quality product all round.
What do you like best? SharpSpring has a great feature set that covers a lot of ground for me and my clients. It is straightforward to use and if I've ever had any issues their support team has always been proactive in assisting no matter what the reason. What do you dislike? The landing page feature isn't as evolved as I would like it to be. Easy to use and very helpful
What do you like best? I like a lot of SharpSpring. It's really easy to use and their service is awesome! When you are a new client, you get a really good and comprehensive training. Besides that, they have a support team ready, a site with hundreds of helpful articles and every Friday they organise a Springboard Live (a live training webinar. What do you dislike? Sharpspring: With Great Value Comes Great Opportunity

SharpSpring has nearly cost me my job. Twice.
What do you like best? How affordable it is. The fact that we can cancel anytime was a BIG bonus for us. Thank god cancelling at any time is an option - you're gonna need it. What do you dislike? Salesforce sync is in REALLY bad shape. Do not use SharpSpring if you need to sync to a CRM. Ever. After some initial hiccups at the start that required extensive troubleshooting and fixing on the SharpSpring side, we finally got the sync working. Then, after about 6 months, it stopped ...

Great, easy to use, marketing automation software.
What do you like best? The marketing automatons. They are easy to set up and once you get going can do some pretty ingenious things with. The support that sharp spring offers is also incredible. There has never been a time that I needed support and could not get somebody on the phone to talk it through with me. The customer support also extends to 3rd party apps that plug into the SS api. What do you like best? On the face of it, SharpSpring comes with a great set of features both in and outside your typical marketing automation platform. The fact that most things sync together and all under one roof is extremely convenient. The overall UI is attractive and easy to navigate. What do you like best? Sharpspring Support has been a huge help for us with on boarding and learning the platform. Being able to become an authority on this product for our clients has been huge for us.
