Robust platform, excellent user interface, top-notch customer service - SharpSpring is AWESOME!
What do you like best? SharpSpring does it all. Client management is a dream with this platform. Once leads are created, they are easily managed using drag and drop features. Marketing campaign are easy to setup and promote. What do you dislike? I would like the New button to be somewhere else. Fully Intuitive
What do you like best? In the past 5yrs, I have transitioned thru a numer of CRM and Marketing Automation systems. I find Sharp Springs ease of use and it's intuitive path for my sales funnel the very best I have used so far When asked about a Marketing system I already refer clients to use SS What do you dislike? What do you like best? What I like most is the reminder, future follow-ups, I like the way you can put each client on a timeline according to the process in which you are in those moments. SharpSpring has helped our business spend it's marketing budget more effectively
What do you like best? The main reason I really went with SharpSpring is to connect with Google Adwords. We had a budget for Adwords and I always wanted more money to put into it. My boss would always ask "What is our ROI?" I could tell him how many clicks and conversions we received and then he would ask "But are they buyers?" I recommend it all the time!
What do you like best? Sharp Spring licensing options provide unlimited users for each license. This is a huge cost saving for me and my clients. I also love the integration of a solid CRM with an out os this world Marketing Automation System. I have been using them for almost 4 years and have no desire to leave them. All the features of the big guys at a fraction of the price
What do you like best? Sharpspring is CMS-agnostic so we didn't have to ditch the CMS we've used for years. With other marketing automation systems we had looked at, we wouldn't have had access to all of the features unless we used their proprietary CMS. AND they didn't have the ability to export all of the content to migrate to another CMS. That means if we had ever wanted to cancel we would have been stuck having to recreate our site. User-friendly and effective marketing automation platform
What do you like best? Very user-friendly interface, good integration with social. What do you dislike? The templates are not very flexible. You can's send emails to more than one list at a time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it as marketing automation platform. To follow leads. To send email. Forkflows.
