The onboarding process was phenominal

The onboarding process was phenominal! Getting started migrating to ST from a long standing CRM seemed daunting. The way that the process was broken down into smaller tasks/goals really sets the user up for success. The online start up meetings were a fantastic way to stay on track. The help those meetings provided was priceless. Everytime I have encounted a problem, I was able to get it resolved within 24 hours using their numerous support options.
