Segment is the easiest way to streamlined Data/Analytics

What do you like best? Segment was amazingly easy to get setup and running. The same could be said for connecting different platforms directly to Segment and feeding data to those platforms. What do you like best? With Segment it's really easy to plug many different tools to get data in and out of them. The catalog contains 99% of the tools we use making Segment our default choice to connect those tools. Customer Support is also very efficient making it easy to solve issues once we reach out. Segment has been super useful for my job routine

What do you like best? I can have an excellent visualization of the events that are being sent, how they are organized, which destinations are linked to the sources. I think very intuitive add a new destination as well. What do you dislike? The debugger is quite limited. I 'm a data scientist and use a lot of this feature to troubleshooting any new event and raw data sent over destinations but the amount of data show at debugger is small and my searches for some problem almost never ...

Easy for everyone involved

What do you like best? We use the Connections component of Segment to track the eventstream across our two products. We have two UWP apps, iOS app, web app, our cloud, and marketing website sending data to the majority of our sales and marketing stack. Great when tracking non-anonymous activity

What do you like best? Segment is great to have a standard API to have the dev team build tracking against. It handles it all for you. It also support server-side tracking instead of loading a dozen SDKs client side! It also has (almost) seamless integration with all kinds of downstream destinations. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Time-saving, simplicity and flexibility are the core benefits I see in using Segment. The funny thing is these 3 benefits are apparent from the /overview page on the web app. At a glance you'll see where your events come from and where they're sent.
