Segment is the core tool of our growth stack, and the #1 integration I look for in other tools

Very intuitive and useful software
What do you like best? Setting new events is easy and the software is very intuitive. What do you dislike? I can't extract the list of events in order to review them offline (in order to manage which to keep and which to disable). When working in the "debugger" view, it's impossible to search using "OR" statements, which makes searches more tedious since you need to manually search more than once for different cases and compare the results "outside of the product" (copying data to a ...

What do you like best? Segment is incredible simple to integrate, and then pushing the data into your tools of choice (and in turn integrating those into your stack) is so simple. What do you dislike? It is a little unclear that Segment implements downstream tools (like Hubspot or Intercom) for you! It makes things almost too easy! Segment is the core of our business intelligence and customer engagement
What do you like best? Brilliant concept for a platform technology. Also super impressed with the support for startups. What do you dislike? We initially struggled with the javascript integration within our Chrome extension, but we've been find since moving to server side analytics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple analytics that helps us grow our business with minimal incremental engineering effort.

Powerful and versatile
What do you like best? It's extremely easy to setup and install and it provides components for almost any system (Javascript, API, SDK, Server calls, ...) and then you can connect whatever analytics, CRM, data warehouse you want with a few clicks and no coding at all. And with Personas you can really take full advantage of the data you collect. Wonderful! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Regardless of the size of your company, data is imperative to your business insights. Be it traffic on your website or capturing data for further business insights.
