I’d like my refund now plz!

Like everyone else here, I've been scammed by Scribd. I'm ON IT with tracking my free trials and subscription services and set alarms in my calendar so I can avoided cases like this. So when they charge me twice well after I canceled subscription (during my trial period) I started questioning MYSELF. Luckily I had screenshots to prove I canceled before the trial period ended, but doesn't seem to make a difference as they ignore all emails requesting support. So I'm just writing here in a ...

As all the other reviews I am frustrated to say. Signed up for a 'cancel anytime free trial' but WILL NOT let me cancel. Function not working. No reply from contact with them either. I have managed to 'put my account on pause' but that will require me to re- pause it EVERY 12 WEEKS. No email to prompt me do any of this eother by the way. Does feel like a total scam. AVOID!!

Same as the others - Scribd is a scam!

Same as the others - cancelled the subscription and they keep taking money. Also, when logging in with my email, it doesn't find the account anymore, but the app which was still signed in and has the bank account details has the email listed as "unknown." Support doesn't reply. So they have my cc details linked to no email at all and keep billing me - and because of this there's no way to log in and change it. Total scam.

Fraudulent Billing

Similar to all the users below, I haven´t been able to cancel my account after subscribing to the free trial since April. I used it for one day and went on to cancel it right away and well before this free trial expiration. Even though I already have two emails from them in which the assure that the cancel went through, I´m still recieving charges. 2 hours after submitting the case to support they catalogue it as "solved" without response or solution. Case number: 3425636

My student daughter subscribed , cancelled and they have continued taking the money since Jan 2020. Despite repeated requests no reply , says membership cancelled , FRAUDSTERS. Am going on social media to blast this out to prevent other people having same problem
