Great content, slow service
There is a great amount of content on scribd, including documents uploaded by users. The app is pretty good too. I've had a real problem with their customer service, which is that it continually takes longer to process simple requests, and more importantly, they don't automatically generate invoices. I have to request an invoice every month, and it has sometimes taken them 6 weeks to deliver that. My current request has been up for nearly 3 weeks (#3470313, if you care to take a look). ...

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! I emailed to cancel my subscription back in August 2020 and they have still charged me every month since. Had to contact a number of times just to get it cancelled and they refuse to refund for their mistake and an account I have never even used.

I keep trying to pay my subscription…
I keep trying to pay my subscription but the site won't accept it, all my books are blocked even after using it for years. Around three tickets have already been submitted more than 5 days ago. Very disappointed. Latest support ticket is #3493777

I were charged for 2-3 years without using it.
I just relied that this website took my fund for 2-3 years and it’s all of my fund on those account. I have not used that email and that bank account for long time so I don’t know I were taking fund. And no support replied me yet.

Impossible to cancel your membership
Impossible to cancel your membership! I mean even when it looked like O did , my card continued to be charged and there is no way you can contact them. Luckily I used Revolut card and I was able to unsubscribe through Revolut app.

This company is a cheat
This company is a cheat. Despite cancelling the subscription, I still got a charge on my credit card.There is no option of sending an email to this company to dispute the charges. Stay away. This is a scam.
