Ich kann mich den Bewertungen nur anschließen. Mein Probeabo wurde automatisch zu einem richtigen Abo. Ich habe 3 x versucht zu kündigen und war auch im glauben, dass die Kündigung funktioniert hat bis das mir 2x direkt hintereinander 9,99 Euro abgebucht wurden, obwohl in Scribt kein Abo vorhanden und keine Zahlungsmethode mehr hinterlegt ist wird mir monatlich bis zu 2x hintereinander Geld im Wert von 9,99 € abgebucht. I cannot update my payment method for…

I cannot update my payment method for weeks now, the site just keeps giving me a mistake. Contacted their support and no response, the latest one is #3515654. I find it seriously ridiculous that they're scamming users who want to cancel, but can't provide necessary support for a user who genuinely wants to pay for the service.

Slow customer service

Slow customer service. Trying to reset my forgotten password to access piano music for Saturday. 2 days after I requested this they email saying they need a bank statement and photo of my bank card and then they will look into resetting my password. There is little time between now and Saturday which is my friends wedding and I just need to access the music I pay for. As soon as I remember or can reset my password I will be cancelling.

Je ne me rappelle plus comment j'ai fait pour m'abonner à ce truc. Probablement une offre gratuite qui s'est insidieusement transformée en offre payant au bout d'un mois. Résultat, j'ai pas fait gaffe. 9.99 prélevés depuis 6 mois. Je n'aime pas cette façon de faire.

I was turned off by how they do not accept prepaid debit. It's not like you're sending me something then oops not get your payment. It's 2021 believe it or not many people don't have physical banks and get their payrolls on prepaid debit, like myself working at Walmart and utilizing their direct deposit since my ex husband messed up any chances of having an actual bank account.
