En voulant essayer cette application sur mon iPhone je l'ai téléchargé et il m'a été proposé un mois d'essai, sans donné suite je me retrouve avec un prélévement de 9,99e sans aucune demande de ma part:deux soucis Apple qui communique mes coordonnées bancaire sans mon autorisation.Scridb qui ne m'averti pas de mon abonnement annuel, aucune notification de leur part tout est en anglais et bien compliqué évidemment pour faire annule ce prélèvement non désiré… J ai eu un retour assez rapide de ...

Very dishonest people. Terrible business model. I cancelled early in the trial period but they did not provide cancellation reference #(this is to make it hard to dispute). Then they start charging after trial without notice, they promised to inform by email before charging but did not, again dishonest. Don't give up, fight to get your money back. Scribd: please don't reply with your standard line to contact you because you are the most dishonest business I have ever came across.

Ich habe ein kostenloses Probeabo abgeschlossen und rechtzeitig innerhalb der Probezeit wieder gekündigt. Trotzdem würden mir gestern 9,99 Euro per PayPal berechnet. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit, um nicht zu sagen, Betrug! Ich fordere eine umgehende Erstattung und Löschung meiner Daten bei Scribd.

Quisiera saber que es lo que pasa que no puedo hacer mi pago para continuar con mi suscripción prove con tres tarjetas de débito con saldo y nada prove con una de crédito y nada me dice que revise el cvc o que pruebe con otra tarjeta acaso tengo que probar con 8 o 10 tarjetas distintas? El servicio me parece totalmente ineficiente y no tengo ningún problema con mis tarjetas hasta probé tarjetas de amigos y parientes todas no sirven? Totalmente ineficiente esta aplicación

i had the exact same problem like others, this company is run by scammer, the cancellation process itself is a scam, i thought i cancelled it, but you actually needs to go through another 3 screens to do that, this is by design to deceive people, avoid at all cost

Rip-off

Got it to download one document and then cancelled subscription. Lo and behold a month later the 10 Euros membership fee from Scribd pops up on my credit card. So I cancel again. So I thought at least.. two months later I check my credit card again and, what a surprise, two fees have been booked again from Scribd.
