Horrible experience
Horrible experience signed up for free trial like others and used for two days. Was told I would receive an email reminder to cancel my subscription (which I did not). They proceeded to send me zero emails for the next 9 months regarding their website or the fact that I had been charged each month without once using the website once. rigtig dårlig oplevelse. Jeg kan slet ikke se mig selv som medlem af denne hjemmeside i mine account informations men der er blevet trukket penge fra mit konto hver måned for de sidste 6 måneder. Jeg forstår slet ikke hvordan jeg kan opsige mit abonnement når jeg slet ikke er medlem. Fulstændig fup!

I was being held hostage on my subscription. I couldn't cancel it. It was a learning curve that had several google attempts to find the right page and log in and unsubscribe. The unsubscribe was a several pages long process where the change the UI-UX to fool me into canceling the unsubscribing process. Don't subscribe then wont let you quit easily!

Ich habe das schon zwei Mal gekündigt und es wurde mir schon wieder per PayPal abgebucht!!! Jetzt hätte ich das abbuchen bei PayPal gestoppt und trotzdem wurden schon wieder 9,99 abgebucht!!!

I was told that I would receive email notification before the end of my free 30-day trial expired. This did not happen. I will go through my credit card to retrieve funds. There is no support or help centre or else very difficult to get support or help.

Nonexistent customer service
Unlike others, I actually like Scribd and want to continue using it. But no one answers emails. I emailed the company two weeks ago to ask for help with a discounted offer I received that isn't working. They ignored me. There's no phone support and when I went on their FB page for help, I got an automated response telling me to contact the same support! I guess they don't need my business.

Scribd is a company holding the customers bank details even they cancel the subscription and charge the monthly payment even after unsubscribed, it's a fraudulent company, please me vigilant....
