Mi è stato addebitato un importo di € 9.99 prelevati tramite paypal nonostante io non abbia mai effettuato alcun abbonamento con questa società. Non capisco come abbiate fatto a prendere questi soldi. Esigo la restituzione immediata e vi avverto che segnalerò la questione alla polizia postale per intraprendere ogni necessaria azione legale al riguardo.

In 2018 Scribd completely deleted and deactivated my account as part of their "security measure" as they said some of their accounts were breached and compromised. I couldn't log in (to deactivate my account) as it was completely deleted and the username no longer existed. Terrible. i tried searching for "consumer reports magazine" and got lists of books, articles, audiobooks, documents and podcasts but NO magazines at all and NONE of the links related to consumer reports at all. do NOT waste your money.

Sadly, I wish I read this first, I have to join the others. It feels like a scam as when the account is suspended there is no reminder email that it will be reactivated. They continued taking payments without dialogue for a few months and then when I complained about it and asked for invoices for payment and receipts, they stonewalled. Very unprofessional. After free trial, you can only cancel membership for 12 weeks, then it starts automatically again. I watched like 5pages about how to delete your account, and there is not a delete option, which is interesting because even scribd support, has a blog on that..
