FRAUDE !
J'ai souscris par téléphone à une période d'essai, et voila que trois mois plus tard je remarque que scribd me prélève tout les mois sans me prévenir, sans que je ne communique des données banquaires, ou que je sois averti par un mail d'une facture ou d'un accord.Ce n'est pas du tout commerciale mais belle et bien une escroquerie. J'attends un remboursement complet de 29.97€ ou je passerai par un site de consommateur pour avoir justice. Une telle pratique ne peut pas perdurer.

It's a SCAM!
It's a SCAM! They promised to inform me before extending my test subscription with a paid one, but never sent that email. Thus they simply charged me for a full subscription without further note. I sent a complaint immediately to their support. They never answered.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service - they efused to Give a refund after I cancelled. I never signed up for the service and they continued to charge me. 0/5 stars - very disappointed in this company.

FRAUD ALERT
FRAUD ALERT. Scribd is definitely a "cash grabbing" site. They stole my money and charged me for 6 months of service after I cancelled my subscription. Their website notes the date of my cancelled subscription and the last date they say I paid for service. Yet their site does not reflect the following 6 months as they continued to charge me. I am not able to log in and use the service as the site says I have no subscription! SO They STOLE MY MONEY AND they REFUSE TO REFUND IT! This is FRAUD ...

Since I can't really reply to Scribd on my last review, I'll formalize it through another 1 star review: The fact that you need a guide to show users how to cancel a subscription is in itself a self admittance of how difficult and how frustrating the experience can be for the user who wants to stop subscribing to your services. Acabo de renunciar a la suscripción gratuita pero sospecho que me van a debitar igualmente pues dice que terminará en enero del 2022, el contenido no me es útil y no quiero conservar la suscripción. Además no puedo comunicarme en español, ni en inglés con un interlocutor.

Absoluter Betrug,,,,,Ich hatte noch am gleichen Tag mein Probe - Abo gekündigt, da die Dokumente auf dieser Seite nicht wirklich zu gebrauchen sind. In meinem Profil stand geschrieben das mein Probe - Abo gekündigt wurde. Ich hatte keine E mail erhalten aber auf die Daten meines Profiles vertraut. Heute wurde bei mir abgebucht diesmal habe ich einen Screenshot gemacht. Lasst die Finger weg von dieser Seite...!
