Cancele mi suscripción hace dos meses pero aún me siguen cobrando ,esto es un robo....

Estoy desesperada

Estoy desesperada, me siento estafada. Cancele mi suscripción y me siguen robando, y encima en dólares y soy de Argentina. Mandé mails y nada. Voy a realizar todas las denuncias pertinentes. Además el servicio no sirve para nada. Ya pase mails y nada. Me cobran y encima me aparece que no tengo suscripción ni plan de usuario.

Being charged for TWO accounts instead of one

Being charged for TWO accounts after subscribing for only one. Customer service is not responsive. Have an open ticket, but don't know how to to reach customer service to stop any further direct debits. Very disappointed that these type of services are allowed to operate in Australian market.

La plataforma es mediocre de por sí, tanto en la experiencia de usuario, sus políticas, y su contenido.Te dan acceso gratuito a la plataforma en la que, si andas distraído, te clavan con la renovación automática y no te avisan antes de cobrarte... Bien como para que te olvides y te claven el cobro.A pesar de la política de reembolso de 30 días, si te quejas, te borran la cuenta y no podes recuperar el pago.

Scribd no me permite entrar, y no puedo dar de baja el servicio de 30 días de prueba porque tampoco me envian notificacion de aviso de 7 días antes como publicitan, los correos que figuran son falsos he escrito a la pagina de reclamos de scribd y no hay contestación. Zwei Monatsbeiträge wurden von mir doppelt abgebucht. Das habe ich PayPal gemeldet, Scribd soll darauf mein Konto gelöscht haben. PayPal hat den Fall abgewiesen, weil es sich nicht um Abrechnungsfehler kümmert.
