They charged me multiple times in one month. Even after I canceled my subscription, they keep charging me. They simply stole my money

They simply stole my money. There was a free trial and I canceled my subscription straight away (not to be charged in the future). But they charged me afterwards! Every month they are taking money from the account without even notifying me about! I logged in, tried to delete my paying info, but cannot do this!! I signed up for a free trial and was…

I signed up for a free trial and was told I would be sent an email reminder before I would be put on a subscription. I was sent no email and a charge of 109 was taken out of my account for premium subscription. Cancelled it immediately but it doesn’t let me cancel for the date and only from next year. Their terms say you can get a refund if you haven’t used the premium account (which I haven’t) and if you contact them in 30 days. But it’s been multiple days and I have heard no response. I ...

Didn’t realise I was on a yearly plan…

Didn’t realise I was on a yearly plan they ended up taking £109 when I asked for a refund they closed my ticket and put it as resolved I just recently did another one and I’m guessing it’s going the same way terrible customer service just remember to cancel right after you started the trial UPDATE: my ticket number is #5163848 You better sort this out

Don't waste your time on the free…

Don't waste your time on the free trial, use audible instead! I signed up for the free 30 day trial. I logged in to cancel the automatic subscription one day after my trial expired, but because they automatically started playing the audio book I had open from my previous session, they claimed that I accessed premium content and refused to refund me. Now I'm forced to pay for a YEAR, ridiculous!
