It didn't send any reminder before the trial period ended. so I am stuck with it for a year without intend to. PS: I am glad that their help-desk replied here. I contacted them and my so-called automatic subscription was cancelled and I got my money back.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FACT ANGRY

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN FACT ANGRY! I had a look at Scribd to see what they were offering. I had a look at one document, which was of little use and decided to cancel my account/subscription immediately as I did not want to incur the monthly charge for something of little use to me. Low and behold after approximately 2-3 weeks since this cancellation, I have been charged £10.99. I have subsequently, demanded a refund and had no response (WHERE IS MY REFUND?) Sribd is my most used App. The best

Scribd is the most complete provider of anything: Audiobooks, Books, Podcasts, Documents... I am signed up for forever now and wouldn't want to be without it. Best app in my opinion - there is also no maximal usage or anything as is with other providers.

I do not know how I have ended up paying these people every month since March as I do not have an account & I have never used their service. I think I have been scammed. I want my money back but it is impossible to get in touch with them!

Good service, Missing some big titles though

The Service its self is really good. The price is fair, I haven't experienced the issues the other users seem to have had. But, there is a heck of a lot of books and authors that aren't on the service that you'd expect to be. Very few Stephen Kings for example, especially in audio book form. My request, if an employee reads this; add audiobooks for Stephen kings best and most famous works. Add Artemis and The Martian by Andy Weir. I am dyslexic so reading is hard, I very much enjoy ...
