J'ai souscris à l'essai gratuit, que j'ai annulé avant la fin de celui-ci. J'ai quand même été prélevée pour 1 mois. J'ai essayé de contacter le service support par 2 fois mais aucune réponse de leur part. J'ai essayé de les contacter par facebook mais là aussi rien qui ne puisse aider car c'est un message automatique. Estoy tratando de dar de baja la cuenta…

Estoy tratando de dar de baja la cuenta desde el mes de diciembre, sin embargo me marca que la página no existe. Lo reportaré como un pago indebido en mi tarjeta ya que no hay forma de dar de baja ni siquiera se puede entrar a su sistema para hacer nada.

COBRO INDEBIDO

De igual manera que varios otros usuarios. Me van cobrando más de un año por el servicio y no lo puedo usar porque supuestamente ya no tengo cuenta activa con pago. Requiero una explicación. Yo anulé mi cuenta y aún asi me siguen cobrando.

Deceitful local pricing

I subscribed 2 years ago to Scribd and I have enjoyed their content promising 'read anywhere for one fixed subscription'. I then got an email saying Scribd now had pricing in local currency so my monthly bill would rise from 8.99 usd to 10.99 GBP. Now 8.99 usd is 6.99 GBP so that is simply not a fair currency exchange. I had to give Scribd 1 star to write this review otherwise it would have been 0. I cancelled my subscription in March 2019 and received an email from Scribd confirming the cancellation. Despite this fact, Scribd continued to charge me for 33 months at £6-7 PCM. I was refunded just six payments after much back and forth by email (you cannot contact them by phone) and a different person will email you each time.
