non entro nel merito della qualità del sito perché i truffatori non hanno alcuna qualità. Ho disdetto l'abbonamento durante il periodo di prova ma mi è stata comunque addebitato l'importo dell'abbonamento. Sulle impostazioni account non vi è alcuna opzione di disdetta ma solo di sospensione dell'abbonamento. Ho inviato mail e bloccato futuri pagamenti.

Questa mattina ricevo una notifica da parte di Paypal che mi informa che ho inviato la somma di € 10,99 a questo Scribd che non conosco e non so neanche cosa sia !!!!!

Signed up. Cancelled after the first month as I prefer physical books. Somehow I continued to get charged for this!! NOT HAPPY!! BEWARE, SCAMMER SITE! (1 star) Edit 1: Apparently you can get a refund if you haven't used it in the subscription period. Waiting to see if the refund is processed and I will update the review. Edit 2: Refund has been processed. Got my last payment back. Updating from 1 star to 2 star. This is still not an optimal solution. A higher level of transparency is expected.

Doppia truffa!

Ho fatto l'abbonamento di prova e annullato il giorno stesso. Dopo un mese mi accreditano 11 euro dicendo che non l'avevo disattivato e mi disattivano l'account perché ho aperto una controversia con PayPal (che ho pure perso). Ora "ho pagato" un servizio e non posso usarlo perché il mio account è stato disattivato. Centro assistenza inutile. Doppia truffa!
