Hi there... been using this app for a while and so far so good. Had some issues with my account and when i reached out they dealt with the issue, so kudos for that. I have looking for books and audiobooks from some authors and sadly couldnt find any eg Roxie Rivera. It would be awesome to see her work here. Other than that keep up the good work

I do somewhat enjoy Scribd and I still am a subscriber but what they call a rotating list of titles or whatever is bull. After a period of time you can’t listen to the stuff you really want to and have to listen to the bottom of the barrel crap. I wish they would just be honest and offer an up charge for someone who listens to a lot of books like I do. It is just really annoying. I am getting ready to part ways.

I would give a zero if I could. Was reminded several times while signing up that “not to worry you will get a reminder before being charged, never happened and showed no record of account yet they charged me. Total scam!!

incredibly disappointed. I signed up for a months free trial and only got to finish reading two books. the rest became 'unavailable' half way through and when I went to start a new book from my saved list, all of them were unavailable too. I will be cancelling my subscription. I do not recommend. It is absolutely NOT unlimited. and if you plan on reading a series, forget about it.

I canceled my account a month after the free trial ended and continued to be charged. When I noticed this I canceled the account for a SECOND time this time screenshotting it as PROOF. 5 MONTHS ON I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED. I went around in circles trying to find someone to speak to and when I did they refunded 3 months even though they have proof of it being canceled 5 months ago for a SECOND time. Hello, I believe that this Trustpilot service could be beneficial for financial authorities to source their cues on what to resolve the next. For instance, Scribd has continuously maintained its criminal record. In my case, I closed my account in November 2021. I use this program pretty often to read books on my tablet. It's a pretty good and fairly priced. I can find most books on scribd. Also they have a free trial that was quite generous and allowed me to use their features without paying for it. Once my trial was up, I realized that I was gaining more value from sribd than I was not having it. Thanks Scribd.
