The service is iffy
They have a ton of books but they are available for like a day then you can't see them till you pay your subscription again and then only for a day! What if you actually wanted to read something?

Birthday RUINED
Thank you for making my Birthday even worse than it already was. I was suffering from food poisoning all day and to put the icing on the Birthday cake, I received yet another bill from you even after cancelling my subscription months ago. I would like a refund!

Great Service, but not the most transparent
Scribd is a great service and I believe it will fit most people's needs. Finding books/audiobooks is frictionless and as soon as someone recommends me a book or I hear about something, I add it to my reading list seamlessly. I can read many books a month without having to buy all of them. However, I find Scribd not fully transparent for two main reasons. Great Service, but not the most transparent
Scribd is a great service and I believe it will fit most people's needs. Finding books/audiobooks is frictionless and as soon as someone recommends me a book or I hear about something, I add it to my reading list seamlessly. Appalling!
Please be careful when accepting free trial. Scribd continue taking money for 2 months even though I cancelled within the free trial. I have requested a refund and still no response. Please be cautious with this company.

Total scam
Total scam! Was reminded several times while signing up that “not to worry you will get a reminder before being charged, never happened and showed no record of account yet they charged me. Total scam. I cancelled the subscription within two weeks, and they kept charging me more than 120 in a year!

Hi there..
Hi there... been using this app for a while and so far so good. Had some issues with my account and when i reached out they dealt with the issue, so kudos for that. I have looking for books and audiobooks from some authors and sadly couldnt find any eg Roxie Rivera. It would be awesome to see her work here. Other than that keep up the good work
