Era un ottimo strumento per trovare ciò che serve al mio lavoro. Da due mesi pero nulla più: collegamento inesistente, impossibilita di connettersi, richiesta pagamenti sempre precisi e costanti. Don’t trust the free trial period

I took the free trial and was charged £10.99 whilst still in the free trial period. I emailed them twice to complain about this but heard nothing. Three days later Scrib sent me an email saying my free trial was about to end and I cancelled the subscription. I have still heard nothing from them. They took money during a free trial and I am currently going through my `PayPal with a dispute to try to get a refund for the money that was taken fraudulently.

Why did I wait so long before subscribing? I love being able to read or listen whenever I want to and where ever I am.

hi, i need a refund for the purchase. the website is down, i opened a paypal comunication but was blocked from paypal. please refund info @ performancetop.it because i paid an annual subscription and website is down for italy edit: i have seen the reply, thanks but still need the refund that is on that paypal address i wrote up there

Steer clear of these crooks

Be very careful with your financial details. As Internet savvy as I am, somehow Scribd managed to obtain my PayPal details and despite not showing any activity, took 2 months of subscriptions from me. Customer service takes nearly a week to reply to each email, and after opening up a case with PayPal, refuse to help out. PayPal asked for cancellation details, Scribd did not respond to any more emails after telling me that because PayPal is involved, they cannot help. I am therefore out of ...

Hello, It's Denis from Italy. As you know, we are not able to access the website anymore therefore I want to cancel my subscription. I'm not able to do so obviously.The email associated is den.rock icloud.com. Please provide feedback of cancellation. Update: subscription was cancelled, the issue is due to Italian regulation (I guess) so responsibility is not totally on the company. Appreciated the prompt response therefore updated the rating.

I love this app

I love this app! I get to listen to so many audiobooks during a month. They don't have everything, but it does save me money from having to purchase all of the ones I want to read through audible. One month is less that 1 credit with the other company. Loving it! Won't be leaving anytime soon.

Scribd is great. I enjoy the wide range of books available to readers. The price is affordable too.

This app is great I really love it. It is affordable and convenient for when I am not able to sit down and read a book. It has alot of variety of books and audiobooks. I am glad I found this app.

I love Scribd, it’s pretty affordable and has a wide selection most of the time. I do wish that they had more audio books and complete series but all in all a great place to get your “reading” enjoyment….
