I unsubscribed several times

I unsubscribed several times, but the company still tries month after month to steal money from me. Thank god for my bank who began to block those charges from this scam company.

I don't recall signing to this service

I don't recall signing to this service. I have never received any notification of my subscription nor invoices from all the monthly amounts they deducted from my account since June 2022. Luckily, I checked my bank statements on time. This is pure scam and abusive.

Gift subscription from my daughter.

I only gave 4 stars because I have only used it for a month. So far I am very satisfied with the available books. I also listened to Rachel Maddow's podcast Ultra, which I enjoyed immensely. It seemed that your podcast list was pretty limited.... Hope there are more current ones in the future.

This service is a joke. I luv the statement in the page where it is asking you not to cancel but to consider that “you still have access to the entire library included in your subscription”!!!! Since my subscription according to their website includes “unlimited” access, this statement is a bald faced lie!!! Not only were the titles I wanted that initially showed available when my subscription started 11/28/2022 went missing from the library, even the authors are now missing!!! Less than ...

Unauthorized monthly charge. Unable to speak to someone for a refund.

I have been charged for service that I never signed up for. I have never heard of your company. There is no phone number to call and no one has responded to my email. The charge was a little over $12.00
