This is the Netflix of audiobooks

This is the Netflix of audiobooks. One flat rate all the books you want. They seem to have a set of publishers they work with and offer many new releases and older ones. This works with apple watch, phones, Tablets and much much more. Get a 60 day trial from a friend (a great deal) take advantage of the perks they offer and figure out if its for you. I have 4 stars instead of a 5 because of a few tech problems I have had and a 24 hours later customer service. blah

regarding upload your documents to download document from scribd. 1. first of all why do i need to upload more than the number of documents i want to download? (you have to upload more than 6 documents to download just one) 2. after uploading all the required documents (10 documents), some how the site crash or something happened and i can't download anymore but scribd still took my uploaded documents. this happened 3 times in a row so in the end scribd took 30+ documents from me but didnt ...

I love the flat rate subscription…

I love the flat rate subscription option, I've saved so much money! There are a few small frustrations (occasional force closings, trouble searching specific titles/authors, etc) The only real issue I have is that there is no option to skip to the furthest page read, which is frustrating after a force close event. Overall though, I love this app & cannot imagine life without it.

Scribd will continue to steal your money even if you cancel your subscription!!

The selection of books is good and app works well. Buyer beware, when you cancel your subscription they do not answer emails and still continue to charge your account. I had to cancel my auto subscription on Paypal, and cannot get my money back for an app I didn't use this month. They do not answer the phone number provided either. Scribd employees if you read this please refund my money as requested several times!!!

I have been browsing the internet since 1997. So far this is the best customer service and site management I have ever had the pleasure of seeing and communicating with. Hats off to all of those that work there.
