Same as everyone else free trial cancelled immediately then still getting charged this place is just a scam. Tried to login with facebook and google no password just garbage all around. Bot e-mail said they will try and get to it within 2 weeks just outrageous. STAY AWAY

What’s not to like?? Any book I search, it’s available, and with 1 price, I can get the best of audible and kindle…. I use this app daily.

I think the many 1-star reviews speak for themselves. But I will write my review regardless. When I bought this subscription, I was under the impression I would be able to read more than one book. Once I created my list of favorites and started reading, a day later, the book I was reading, as well as the rest of the books on my list, were all marked as "currently not available". I tried contacting customer service for this problem but was told it would be available on February 6th. Not ...

Why isn’t the support team replying to me? I cancelled my free trial months ago, yet for some reason it started monthly payments again? I need a refund immediately for this month’s subscription. I don’t even use this site anymore. Very annoyed and unhappy.

if we talk about app problems, it's just unsolicited subscriptions and withdrawals without notice. give me back the money, I only found out about your application when they charged me money for the application

I enrolled in a membership and immediatedly CANCELLED it , but they keep on charging my credit card account !

I enrolled in a membership and immediately cancelled it. I followed up by closing my credit card but they still kept charging my card & they then also charged my debit card which I also had to cancell. I tried calling their customer service dept but no one could or tried to solve my problem. In addition , I went on their website & it indicated that I had no membership but they continue to charge my account on a monthly basis. They are nothing but THIEVES !
