The cancellation process is a deceitful nightmare…
The cancellation process is a nightmare which involves 3 different pages with prompts confirming your cancellation. When I first tried to cancel, I chose the cancel subscription button, which took me to a new page. I selected a link I thought would confirm my cancellation and return me to the home page. Unfortunately, it only does the latter - the real cancellation button on that page is at the very bottom, hidden under a lot of ads for the site. There are two more pages to get through ...

The cancellation process is a nightmare which involves 3 different pages with prompts confirming your cancellation. When I first tried to cancel, I chose the cancel subscription button, which took me to a new page. I selected a link I thought would confirm my cancellation and return me to the home page. Books restricted after few days. Saved and books in progress move to available next month. Don’t advertise as unlimited reading because it’s inaccurate.

Scribd does not work and steals your money
Hello My name is ANITA Betti My order ticket is #600271905 I subscribed on March 1st I have been trying many times to access Scribd but it’s always impossible. Therefore I could not have a trial nor I am able to cancel my account. Today I saw I have payed 10,99 euro for my first month, without accessing nor have a chance to cancel my subscription!!! I was asked to provide 5 pdf files for one of there's they took my five pdf flies and when it was my turn to receive my file in trade for my 5 files they crashed and the screen said it was no longer available JERKS
