Limited access to new and saved titles

Accessing new audiobooks is limited, despite what they say, a bit cheeky, but I understand the need. However they have now just started removing access to most of my saved titles until next payment so I can no longer finish them. Customer service fudge saying they will be available soon - so what am I paying now for? The cruddy filler stuff and podcasts? Poor response and inappropriate support!

I'm not sure if you just responded mechanically like some bot or just did it to fulfill some SLA in your support system. My latest ticket is #4741257, and even with this ticket has been no response. My first email to support@ (subject: "Unwanted payment - Need refund and cancel " - send on Apr 23, 2023, 4:10 AM ---> never got a reply, and please do not tell me that this is not the email for support. It is an email that you posted on Paypal.com to suggest users contact you in case they need ...

I cancelled within the "free "period, nearly immediately. Despite sending me a confirmation of the can-cans sending number emails begging me to rejoin , they won't stop charging me. This has been going on for 7 months
