I tried to update my payment method…

I tried to update my payment method more than once and it does not work. I used more than one CC, different browsers and computers, and payment methods and no success so it must be their site. Well more than a week later no reply to my 2 emails! I guess they don't want my money and I'm not going to beg them to take it! Was satisfied, no longer. The ticket # is 2001017

Signed up for “unlimited” audiobooks but was cut off after 1 audiobook. I couldn’t even find the books in the series I had put in my saved file despite a message telling me I “would be able to see exactly when the books would become available again”. False advertising! I tried to sign up for 1 test month

I tried to sign up for 1 test month - and cancelled immediately on their website/ my account page BEFORE the end off the test month - but they still try to STEAL every month 8,99 $ from my CreditCard - its now with my lawyer- stay away from that crappy site- 100 % Fraud !!

Unlimited? Yeah right!

Thought it was too good be to true at £7.99 per month for unlimited audiobooks.... it is indeed way too good to be true! Unlimited yes, but after first three books, all the best titles disappear. Say that in the small print up front - it feels really deceitful. EDIT to reply to the comment. It's very clear that you put a limit in the availability of bestsellers after 3 books have been read in a month - one only has to read the huge swathes of negative feedback on this page to know this. ...
