I am being billed yet I am not able to…

I am being billed yet I am not able to sign in therefore I can’t cancel or use scribd. They don’t call to rectify the problem after i emailed. From the other reviews I am not alone. If you can’t sign in they won’t help you. They don’t have a phone contact- really terrible customer service. Too bad- another rip off company it seems.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION BY MAY 2019, and up until now, they’re still charging me for January 2020 even though i already deleted my account. They stole $72 from me. Do not trust this company. I repeat DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. IM GONNA SUE YOU IF YOU DONT PAY ME BACK.

I was trying to cancel my subscription with scribd and whooof the website has gone down and its stopped working. I request them to better cancel my free trail without charging me because I am not interested.

Don't Use Scribd

Scribd doesn't seem to be an honest company. I had cancelled my subscription YEARS ago. They continued to charge my account. They continued to charge my account even when my account was "deleted". I would give Scribd 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend using this site whatsoever. Edit (2/9/2020): I was able to receive a month's refund; it's something. If you decide to use this site for any reason, I would definitely check to see if they charge you for another month after your account ...

I loved their books but I had my card…

I lived their books but I had my card lost and tried to update my account and they said there was a problem and asked for documentation which I provided my bank says the problem is totally with scribe.they have the worst customer service have been trying to fix this for over a month...it stinks

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. The books are all crap anyway, but when you try to cancel your membership, they'll continue charging you, while telling you your membership has been cancelled.

Daughter tried free subscription

Daughter tried free subscription. Was not satisfied with product. She forgot to cancel subscription after free trail ended. She was billed for the next 6 months at $8.99 she finally realized her mistake and requested to cancel her subscription / be refunded for the 6 months of the subscription she never used. When unsubscribing you have to click THRICE! and every time the font gets smaller and blends more into the background. Completely ridiculous and kind of fraudulent. I would not recommend anyone using this website, I feel cheated.

They refuse to refund

Had a problem last week with the registered credit card, so I updated the payment method to a new one. Tried to pay two times but the system insisted that it wasn't registered. Then I checked my credit card status, and the payment had been charged, twice.
