Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time, signed up for the trial. On their site for example they have over 4,000 murder mystery audiobooks... as soon as you login and listen to a couple this then gets narrowed down, I was left with a choice of 18? None of which I was interested in. Couldn't listen to the next installment for 3 weeks? Ridiculous system. Apparently it's due to a rotation system...why advertise this as unlimited? More like 'limited' the entire time.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. I contacted your company via your website, under claim a refund. The ticket number is below: support ticket #2559110 (the most recent). as well as the original support ticket #2538604. I replied to the email I received yesterday, confirming the email address they showed me, is not my email address. I look forward to a speedy resolution.

They reach for the stars, but struggle with the simple tasks.

Warning, they have admitted serious technical problems that make one of the books I read on their platform seriously illegible. They've known this problem for more than a month, but don't have a date to fix it. I really liked their product, but if I can't read the books it doesn't make sense. I should have believed the reviews ; )

Scammer February 27th, 2020 I signed up for a 30 day trial on 31/12/19 and cancelled on 25/01/20 within 30 days. You charge PayPal $9.89 USD despite only agreeing to ever pay $8.99 USD I dispute it you lie to PayPal. I cancel on PayPal on the 7/2 and then log in today and you were going to charge me again Ok couldn't view books on my phone so your service is not fit for purpose. Hi, greetings from Slovakia. I am a happy customer of Scribd, tons of great content, so far I found everything that I wanted ... in a worse case as a pdf doc. I just listened to a podcast this morning, promoting a book The right kind of crazy ... so I checked Scribd and it s there+other books from this author as well. The referral program works well, too ...got already 2 months for free and my friends too, as promised. Just go for it and read and listen. Thumbs up!

Having Scribd has been a very good experience for me. I listen to Audiobooks during my commutes and the content I am getting here has been excellent. I have listened to hundreds of books and these have made lasting changes in my life, for the better.

Update review: Thanks for the response. We are told: "the type of content being read can affect future content availability". OK, why don't you let us know HOW selecting one title will affect availability ahead of time? If I know what to expect I can adjust my selections. As is, there is nothing that I can do to prevent losing everything for a month. I got my refund thanks to the specialist. My problem with them was solved successfully. Make sure to create your account with an email address, or your account will be referred to as an "anonymous" account and as they can't locate it, they will charge you after you try to cancel.
