Unbelievable!

Wow, in reading these other posts I am stunned because I am having the same issue. I have been charged 6 months and can’t even find the account! I hate that the only way of contacting scribd is by email. Scribd emailed back and said I am being charged by apple but apple can’t find it anywhere and it is showing up on my sons bank account as Scribd. I can’t even explain this issue clearly because it is so convoluted!!!

First I was excited at the extensive library and how many books that I was interested in Reading actually available! And as I save them to my library and went back into read them I realized one by one they were slowly being push back to a date saying coming soon and that date just happened to be the day after my free trial ended. I have been unable to listen to books…

I have been unable to listen to books or even open the app. I have requested help 3 times on the app and even including my phone number but no one answers my email or calls back. This is very frustrating as the service was very good the first month. I am in the middle of a series and not happy.

I was a member for 2 years. I did pay annual plans. I didn't renew earlier this year. We usually pay a subscription expecting to have access to the whole collection at all time. They simply were too many titles too often and for too long period on the "Available on (later date)" availability. Titles I had access to the previous day were consistently falling on this "Available on (later)". SCAM!! THE BOIGGEST ONE OUT THERE!! I'm really shocked that none institution took care of those criminals yet. They illegally charge people who cancel subscriptions. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!
