Scammy free trial
Scammy free trial They promise to email you before your trial ends, which they did not do. They also automatically charge your google pay if you login with google. The content I was trying to access was also not complete (only contained the title page).

Awful company
Awful company that is very sneaky in charging you money. When you click cancel subscription, it doesn't actually cancel your subscription. It takes you back to the homepage where you have to scroll all the way down to find a tiny button to truly cancel your subscription. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to do this... truly despicable.

I do nI do not recommend this site to anyone.ot recommend this site to anyone.
I do not recommend this site to anyone. I signed up for the free trial, they sent me an email, "don't worry, we'll email you before your trial ends." They don't send you a warning, they just deduct the subscription fee from your account without any notice. On complaint, you get a message saying nothing, your money is not refunded. Outrageous. -1

DO NOT JOIN!
If possible, I would have given 0 stars. This is the worst and most deceiving company out there. To advise: I got a free trial subscription of one month and cancelled it the very next day. They didn't process this and a day before my free trial ended, informed me that my trial was ending. Quickly, I resubmitted my cancellation. They still charged me for an entire year of subscription: £109. I contacted their team explaining the situation. Initially they advised that they had resolved the ...

This seems like a messy scam
This seems like a messy scam. You need to upload five documents to download one and then you may find that what you downloaded does not open! Avoid it as a disease!

Impossible to contact and get refund
I had made an account with this company to access one book for work using there free trial before believing I had cancelled any further payments to the company. Yesterday morning I received a notification that they had taken £109.99 without any warning via email etc. I have tried tirelessly for the past two days to try and contact the company to try and get a refund however I have only just been able to. When trying to verify my email address with the site, I was provided with an error ...

Unbelievable!
Wow, in reading these other posts I am stunned because I am having the same issue. I have been charged 6 months and can’t even find the account! I hate that the only way of contacting scribd is by email. Scribd emailed back and said I am being charged by apple but apple can’t find it anywhere and it is showing up on my sons bank account as Scribd. I can’t even explain this issue clearly because it is so convoluted!!!
