Scribd does not meet my needs which for starters are to readscribd articles on e-paper reader (most of them cannot download apps) and you need scribd app or web browser to read articles, books on scribd. My 92 year old father is being scammed…
My 92 year old father is being scammed by this firm. He did not register for an account, and a monthly charge of $9.62 is showing up on his credit card. There is no way to reach any customer service. I am filing a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

I am so angry at what just happened, for you guys to take my money without sending any email to me about my free trial ending. And I hardly even used scribd. Took my money without my permission
Scribd reactivated my account without my permission and took a monthly subscription fee out of my bank account. Had I not spotted it in my bank statement I would not have known.
