Scribd is probably my favorite reading…
Scribd is probably my favorite reading app. I found out about it from a friend and was amazed at how many books I had access to. Since then, I've been hooked.

It seems like this is a recurring theme… Didn't sign up but being charged
It seems like this is a recurring theme on here. I too just realized that I have had charges occur the last two months without signing up for this service. I have no idea how this occured. I'm trying to get this solved before I have another charge come out of my account. It looks like it has happened on the 27th of the last two months. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Customer Support ticket is #3006191

STAY AWAY!!!
I subscribed for roughly, 2 months. Used their service probably no more than 72 hs. and never again opened their site until I decided to cancel the membership. I cancelled the subscription, and what do you know! they continued to charge me! for the past 3 months!!!!!! I tried also, after cancelling AGAIN my subscription and emailing the situation (no phone number to call......) to DELETE the account and DELETE my Credit Card Details. THERE IS NO WAY OF DOING SO!!! STAY AWAY GUYS!

Netflix for books.
Scribd is a heaven for knowledge seekers, if I can share with you the amount of books that I have saved, you will be astonished. this service is a must for knowledge seeker's. also I didn't encounter any problem with my payment, however the only thing that is troublesome is that I had to retry multiple times to be a subscriber.

Been charged without my consent!! Please help.
I didn't realise until recently that I've been getting charged every month for Scribd, even though I don't have an account with them and I haven't signed up to their services before. Really annoyed as I am a student and this has been coming out of my account for the past year. I really do want a refund as I haven't signed up to pay for this.

I find a good assortment of books available on Scribd. The cost of the subscription is reasonable for the content provided.
