Poor Scribd experience

I signed up a Scribd free trial of 2 months. However, Scribd keeps saying to restart membership. I'm not able to read the full book and shows it is in preview mode where I can read only few pages. This is my first experience with scribd and really upset with this trial. I opened ticket #3096135 but no response and there is no phone number to contact.

I want to continue to use Scribd but the lack of transparency makes me feel very uncomfortable about continuing.My account has been severely limited. I believe it is because I listed and saved too many books.Every time I looked at a book Scribd nagged me to save it. The instructions also encouraged me to list books for future reading, which I did. Thanks for your response. I did hear from Will who tried his best to satisfy my enquiry. I have asked him one last question then I will slip away and find something else to do. Oh I might read a book. Absolutely Disgusted.

Absolutely Disgusted. I ‘cancelled my Membership’ however I kept getting charged. It catches you out by making you believe you have cancelled the membership by taking you to 3 different pages where you have to press cancel again 3 times (within smaller print). It makes you believe that by taking you to the next page that you have cancelled because it states how long you have left of the membership ( making you presume that you have done it) but then it doesn’t cancel unless you press ...

SCAMMER I was ended my membership account since a year ago. I just notice its stay working although it was stopped a year ago. Then, i noticed that, Scribd inc still deducted my money through my bank account. Please help me how to bring down this scammer scribd. I think i need take legal action..
