you have taken my three different credit cards information for over a year that is unauthorized and I did not consent. I when i canceled my plan over 1 year ago and changed my credit card. you should not have any access to that information. yet this website fines out my new credit cards and charges me with me never giving any consent. Cancellation process is extremely confusing, after several attempts we finally realized that there were additional pages to further confirm after "confirming" cancellation but only after a few additional months were charged. EDIT: Scribd followed up on the response below they requested with a pro forma e-mail that did not address the cancellation process, so again you must be extremely careful as they make it quite difficult to cancel.

I was allured into subscribing for a free period and although I cancelled and never used their web services again I eventually found out that I kept being charged monthly fees for many months for a total of 86.66 UK Pounds.Eventually when I realised the overcharge I asked to be refunded the amount charged in excess but I only received 9.99 pds refund !!!!! Poor Scribd experience

I signed up a Scribd free trial of 2 months. However, Scribd keeps saying to restart membership. I'm not able to read the full book and shows it is in preview mode where I can read only few pages. This is my first experience with scribd and really upset with this trial. I opened ticket #3096135 but no response and there is no phone number to contact.
