What a crapy service. They take your money easily and cant solve an issue. I purchased subscription and it charged me more than 3 times and still continues to charge me and I cannot even access this app. Have a support centre and a phone number or at least reply to people’s complaints

Any subscription based service that won't allow you to properly test their product without leaving bank details is a scam in my book. If your service is as great as advertised, then surely I'll pay to continue using it. However this company decided to deploy a business model that tricks people into giving them money by assuming a certain percentage of trial users will forget to cancel their subscription.

Like any trial you browse and have a look at what is on offer: I say this because I think the way this app tracks you is unfair and it’s why I won’t be continuing the trial. Lost money

Somehow, my subscription wasn't cancelled. $10,79 was taken from my card. Didn't even got any receipt on my mail. For example, Netflix warns you and sends receipt every time. Support doesn't answer. Do not recommend this service. Support Ticket #3237701 UPDATE Got an answer, was promised to have my money back for the last month. I hope that will really happen. Also, a tip for everyone. Ask them to delete your banking details.
