The worst company I have ever met

The worst company I have ever met. I have contacted their customer service twice( support ticket #3277690, support ticket #3249733), and there is nothing reply yet. This web doesn't allow you to login and they keep charging you. A truly fraud!!!

Crooks! That’s the only work I can find to describe this company. I have been charged $9,44 on my PayPal account and yet I haven’t subscribed for a membership nor a free trial. Furthermore, even if I have subscribed to a free trial (which is not the case), they clearly state on the website that they’ll send an email to the customer before the end of the free trial. Scribd is the worst scam company trying to launder money. I am being charged since 21st December 2019 without my permission. They have churned out around 250$ Aud from my account as of April 21st 2021. I haven’t used any of their services. I got it to know about it as I checked my bank account statement. I request refund. Can't log in - Bad customer service

Can't log in anymore, it says my email address doesn't exist. Last time I contacted their support, it took them almost a month to reply. They are never late with charging you, though. I opened another support ticket now #3275741 Probably have to wait for another month for a reply while I don't even have access to the service I have paid for.

Warning - Stay away from Scribd!

Warning - I would give this zero stars of possible. Stay away from this site. Scribed is a fraud and scam. Never used the service but charged 8.99 a month for years. They don't let you cancel your account - support page requires a login to cancel but it's impossible to log in and password reset does nothing. Very clever. Trying to open a case with credit card company to force cancelation of payments, but will never get my money back.

I really liked Scribd at first

I really liked Scribd at first. It’s super easy to use and they had many of the books I wanted to read. But when I tried to cancel I realized how sketchy it was. They continued charging me for months after I canceled even though i was getting “confirmation” of my cancellation. No one ever responds when you try to reach out about it.
