Being brand new to SalesLoft, I have nothing but positive experience with it.
What do you like best? What I like about SalesLoft is the accessibility and cadence build out, it's a life saver. I like that it can integrate with every system that I currently work with and it simplifies tracking. Another thing I love is the free data information/tips and tricks in SalesLoft U. It's so much easier to keep track of touchpoints with prospects and clients.
What do you like best? SalesLoft supports me in organizing communications well in advance of when they need to happen. I know what I've sent to each prospect and what needs to be sent next. Managing my cadences allows me to improve my efficiency. I also LOVE the scheduling tool. What do you dislike? Helpful & Complete tool for Sales People.
What do you like best? - Easy integration with Salesforce and other prospection tools (Sales Navigator, Owler, Vidyard, LeadIq, etc) - I love dashboards, you can track every activity, every information, where you are in your cadences, your priorities for the day, "on-live" tracker, etc. - Support team very responsive and always open to suggestions. - They try to improve the solution constantly and try to have something visually good and pleasant. Great technology, even better people
What do you like best? SalesLoft cares a lot about their customers and it shows by how they treat you. Not uncommon for executives and others in the business to reach out to ensure they hitting the mark for you. Highly responsive and friendly team. What do you dislike? Help me stay on top of my outreach and prospecting
What do you like best? I like that I can customize each cadence exactly how I'd like it. Salesloft help me stay on top of my outreach and I can quantify with quality. What do you dislike? I find the 'Analytics' tab confusing and I have a hard time navigating to find mine or my peers metrics sometimes. Super smooth and efficient
What do you like best? How easy it us to go through cadences! Can get through it super easily without almost no manual efforts What do you dislike? Only this is that when I click on one of my reminders I can't open it in a new window, so everytime I check off a reminder I have to manually go back and click on a new one. The best and fastest Sales tool I ever used
What do you like best? The easy reporting included in Salesloft What do you dislike? Not that much to mention. Maybe I will improve the selection of "Don´t contact" leads, because sometimes you can make the mistake of adding them into Cadence and sending email. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The best way to organize your leads, prospecting, counting your wins, and losses.

SL brings PEACE to my mad search for new clients!
What do you like best? As I profile and clean up the prospect data SL will sync it all to our SalesForce database. So our SDR's and AE's are always on the same page. What do you dislike? I don't like that some states only allow for one-sided recordings. There's almost no value in just hearing my side of the conversation with prospects in FL, NJ, etc. There should be an alert saying if it's one of these NoRecording states we're calling into. Salesloft comes in handy
What do you like best? The real-time tracking of email opens and clicks is my favorite! What do you dislike? I wish the workflow for sending email blasts or cadences was a little easier and more user friendly, it's not bad, it could just be a little more UX friendly. I also feel like the tracking of unresponded to emails could be better, it's easy to miss the "Sent X days ago. Follow up?" While I do like that feature it would be cool if that were easy to see somewhere in ...
