SalesLoft comes in CLUTCH
What do you like best? TBH SalesLoft's Customer support is STELLAR What do you dislike? They have 2 available times for Office hours each day (9am ET & 2pm ET) and the only down side is I'm on the West Coast and 6am PST is a bit early for an office hours for this coast, so there is only 1 time available for me to make it to office hours. Excellent Investment - Easy Prospecting and Organization. Highly Recommend!
What do you like best? SalesLoft makes it incredibly easy to prospect. It allows me to keep all prospects organized, cadences are easy to execute, people are easy to import, and the extensions they have available are incredible. The owler extension and LinkedIn Navigator extension are tremendous helps. What do you dislike? Sometimes editing a cadence can be tricky, but the excellent client service teams a ton with questions. Great product with excellent support team
What do you like best? The UI is very intuitive and easy to manage What do you dislike? not having admin ability to log in as user not having admin ability to edit team private cadences What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Run cadences, get most customer interactions in one place (conversation intelligence)

What do you like best? I like Salesloft's ability to customize your outreach strategy within each cadence to tailor your communications effectively. The ability to test different messaging couldn't be easier and allows you to focus on selling rather than spin your wheels with designing tests. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like Salesloft. It's an easy to use platform. One of the hardest parts of any outbound campaign is managing the communication and the cadence of the outreach. Salesloft makes it easy to manage your outreach by allowing easy integrations with Salesforce. A great way to keep track of & stay on top of important conversations with contacts/accounts

The ability to see who opens my email how many times What do you dislike? cannot go back in and change the disposition or sentiment after logging a call (sometimes I make a mistake or connect with a contact differently than who I spoke to, so I didn't really connect with the name attached to the call).
